Overview

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a senior analyst in the digital analytics space who thrives on solving complex problems side-by-side with a key client in the automotive industry. Unlike traditional managed services work, you’ll report directly to the client’s leadership and operate within their day-to-day framework while still being part of Beyondsoft’s Marketing Analytics consulting practice. You’ll have full access to our community resources, including playbooks, knowledge bases, and team syncs, ensuring support and connection even as your seat stays close to the action.

In this role, you will contribute directly to analytics deliverables while helping advance the client’s digital marketing strategy. Success in this role requires strong analytical rigor, business context, and the ability to communicate insights with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage data to gain insight into trending, userexperienceand behavior to drive theappropriate digitalmarketing, mobile and social strategies.
  • Take various sources of customer and campaign data and condense it down to a coherent story with clear conclusions and actionable insights, acting as the subject matter expert for digital analytics.
  • Measure site usability/effectiveness, along with monetization of media campaigns, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data results and best practices.
  • Visualize data into meaningfulpresentation decks anddashboards toprovideholistic views of site user engagement activityto business stakeholders.
  • Updateandbuild dashboards,leveragingPower BI or Tableau,integrating Adobe Analytics andotherdata.
  • Perform deep dive analysis via Case Studies to tell acomprehensiveanalytics storywith data pointsand actionable insightsto drive recommendationsand decision making.
  • Leverage Agile Delivery methods and processes to effectively track user stories, level of effort estimates, and plan with your Agile team for each Sprint.
  • Drive data analysis of web projects, A/B and multivariate testing, and ad hoc requests.
  • Support tag managementrequirements and documentationservicestomaintainintegrity across multiple sources of data, including providing user acceptance testing and validation of web reporting creating, enhancements, and adjustments.
  • Partner with multiple vendors to implement analytics requirements and streamline project processes.
  • Multi-task and self-prioritize work queue tobalancework queue andensurestakeholder expectationsarebeing met. Engage in analyticsdeliveryre-prioritization discussions as needed with stakeholdersto maximize internal team and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degreerequired.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of web metrics and/or analytics experience.
  • Strong Adobe Analytics,in particular withAnalysis Workspace,and Adobe Target experience.
  • Experience with data visualization toolssuch asTableauorPower BI.
  • Highly proficient in Excel with building complex dashboards.
  • Highly proficient inPowerPoint withdesigning analytics-based presentations and visualizations.
  • Hands-on experience with and understanding ofhow to analyze, structure and interpret large volumes of raw data into effective visual stories for business owners.
  • Can multi-task and quickly adapt to changingandconflicting priorities, while workingindependently.
  • Motivated by learning and evaluating new analytics technologies and stayingup to datewith current trends and tools.
  • Implementation experience with analytics platforms such as a web reporting tool and tag management software.
  • Critical thinker who canproblem solveand is detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent written/verbal communicationand client relationship management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in quantitative discipline.
  • Experience from a marketing/advertising agency or consulting firm.
  • Experience working in a client environment with multiple external agencies and partners.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)and/or otherMarTechplatformspreferred.
  • Experience with offline/online data integrationpreferred.
  • Statistical modeling experience, including attribution modeling and predictive modelingpreferred.
  • Knowledge ofdigital advertising platforms such as DV360 or Trade Desk preferred.
  • Experience with writing, executing, and analysis of data retrieved using SQL queries preferred.
  • General knowledge of coding languages such as JavaScript preferred.
  • Experience working with data mining tools such as SQL and Hive.
  • Working knowledge of R, Python, SPSS, or other similar data tools.
