Job DescriptionYou will be the Data Analyst Sr - Level 3 for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team which is responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Data Analyst Sr - Level 3 you will be responsible for collecting, transforming, and analyzing data to provide clear, data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources while maintaining data integrity and documentation.
- Perform exploratory analysis, develop statistical models, and create forecasts to support business planning.
- Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Translate technical findings into concise business recommendations and collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and leaders.
- Identify automation opportunities and contribute to data-governance best practices to improve workflow efficiency.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, related field considered.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas, NumPy) or R.
• Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance per business requirements, Interim clearance required to start.
Desired skills• Ability to communicate complex results to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
