YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:Reporting to the Manager, Investor Relations, the Senior Analyst, Investor Relations will serve as a key support within the Investor Relations team and their strategy by assisting with public disclosures, investor communications and engagement with investors, analysts and the broader financial community. The role will analyze financial and operational performance, develop high-quality investor and earnings materials and monitor market trends and peer activity to provide actionable insights. The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations will also support corporate access initiatives, including investor meetings, roadshows and conferences, and will help deliver clear, consistent and compelling communications that strengthen market understanding and investor confidence.
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly reporting deliverables, news releases, investor presentations, and other public disclosures by gathering, analyzing, and validating financial and operational information.
- Compile and summarize analyst research, monitor peer performance and market trends, and provide insights to support investor communications.
- Manage the Investor Relations inbox and maintain the accuracy and timeliness of content on the Investor Relations website.
- Support investor engagement activities, including one-on-one meetings, roadshows, conferences, analyst days, conference calls, investor events and site visits.
- Prepare investor profiles, shareholder analyses, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for management, Board meetings, and investor events.
- Analyze sell-side valuations and market expectations to identify opportunities to enhance shareholder value and improve market understanding of the Company's performance.
- Evaluate and support the implementation of AI and other technology-driven initiatives to improve investor relations processes, reporting, and business efficiency.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance or a related role.
- Previous experience in the mining industry is an asset.
- A professional designation such as CPA is considered an asset.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to travel if needed.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from our Corporate office in Toronto.
- Occasional visits to site may also be required.
