Overview

Responsibilities

We currently have a great opportunity available for a Financial Sr. Analyst.This position will serve as an integral member of the Reporting and Expense Control team and is responsible for management reporting and support-analytics to cost center owners that influence decision-making to drive discipline in cost management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conducts detailed monthly Opex/HC/CapEx forecast reviews with cost center owners 2. Prepares monthly reconciliation and reporting of capital project spend and depreciation, headcount/benefits or general operating expenses as required3. Provides monthly analysis of expense trends for key opex drivers including labor, healthcare, travel, fleet, etc4. Actively partners with department heads to provide decision support on critical business initiatives, assist in the development of the annual Plan and monthly forecast for operating expenses, headcount, and capital investments5. Prepare/consolidate monthly reporting packages and presentations for Management and Corporate stakeholders6. Track key performance indicators and provide analysis to support business decisions7. Ad-hoc financial analysis8. Duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or other relevant field required. 4-6 years in progressively responsible experience in Finance with meaningful experience in Financial Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis. Masters degree a plus.

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a finance partner.

  • Strong functional knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point

  • Oracle/Hyperion experience required

  • SAP experience highly desired

  • Power BI experience highly desired

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong attention to details, highly organized, and ability to multi-task

  • Meeting deadlines and provide high quality of work

  • Ability to work well on large and small cross-functional teams

The salary range for this role is $95,000-$120,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, and dental insurance), an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees.
