Who we're looking for:
Rogers is seeking a Product Manager, Wireline eCommerce to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital acquisition, upgrade, and self-service experiences across Rogers.com and the Rogers mobile app. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver and optimize customer-focused digital solutions that drive sales, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Leading a cross-functional product squad, you will prioritize roadmaps and backlogs, leverage customer insights and data to inform decisions, and ensure high-quality product delivery. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

What you'll do:
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Own the Wireline eCommerce product roadmap and backlog across Rogers.com and the Rogers mobile app.
    • Define product strategy, priorities, success metrics, and business cases aligned with customer, business, and digital growth objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize opportunities using customer insights, analytics, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.
    • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Digital Experience & Buyflow Optimization
    • Lead the enhancement of Wireline acquisition, upgrade, and self-service journeys across web and mobile platforms.
    • Use customer feedback, analytics, and behavioural insights to improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and digital sales.
    • Define user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Product Delivery & Execution
    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
    • Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, releases, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
    • Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, QA, Analytics, and Delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Quality & Performance Management
    • Oversee product quality, QA performance, release readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer experience metrics.
    • Leverage tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, Dynatrace, Power BI, and Tableau to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Stakeholder Leadership & Innovation
    • Serve as the primary business owner for Wireline eCommerce initiatives.
    • Communicate product roadmaps, performance insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
    • Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach while driving innovation and continuous improvement across digital experiences.


What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Products, eCommerce, or related technology roles.
  • Proven experience managing web and mobile products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including roadmap planning, backlog management, sprint execution, and release delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX, Engineering, QA, Analytics, Marketing, and Content.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in eCommerce, telecommunications, subscription-based products, or digital customer journeys is an asset.
