Qualifications:

• A. in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field required
• A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field
• 5+ years in a business or analyst position
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems and data (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) and core business processes
• Familiarity with AI assistants such as Claude and experience applying them to business problems
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Devin, or Windsurf
• Tableau or similar data visualization experience preferred
• Investigative ability, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to lead and mentor, manage several projects at once, and work independently to meet deadlines

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $83,600 - $104,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview:

As a Sr. Analyst in the AI Transformation Office, you will work alongside the Applied AI team, business leaders, and technical teams across WWT to turn business needs into AI solutions and better-informed decisions. You will serve as a subject matter expert, lead analysis and root cause resolution on complex business and technical problems, guide business users with thoughtful data and analyses, and connect their needs to emerging AI tools and techniques. You will also mentor other analysts and help raise the bar for how the team works. Detailed, timely communication and consistent execution are critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and proactive analysis for process design, revision, implementation, and improvement
• Define AI tool and software enhancement recommendations
• Identify and communicate business requirements for new AI initiatives, coordinating across the business and stakeholders
• Partner closely with business users, guiding them with thoughtful data, reports, and analyses
• Translate business questions into reporting, analytical, and AI solution requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the AI Transformation Office
• Create and help deliver creative solutions to complex business and technical problems
• Connect user needs to emerging AI technology to acquire or design tools, techniques, and approaches that deliver optimal results
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution for complex problems
• Lead and work with the team effectively to maximize productivity across projects and programs
• Participate in designing end-to-end AI solutions with the business, IT, and other stakeholders
• Work with engineers and technical counterparts to translate business asks into technical solutions
• Identify improvement opportunities when peer reviewing
• Use AI assistants and agentic development tools (such as Claude, Claude Code, Devin, or Windsurf) to accelerate delivery, and help others adopt them
