Overview

Publicis Groupe is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Media Technology & Data Platforms team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of technology, media, and data - serving as the connective tissue across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure programs are delivered with precision, speed, and strategic alignment.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning product launches, data infrastructure, and platform development. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at turning ambiguity into action.

Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs across media tech and data platform workstreams
  • Define program scope, milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Maintain rigorous program documentation including roadmaps, status reports, and decision logs

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment across multiple teams and geographies to ensure coherent program execution
  • Drive effective communication cadences - from executive briefings to team stand-ups

Product Launch Support
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy into structured, executable launch plans
  • Manage pre-launch readiness reviews, dependency tracking, and go-live coordination
  • Track post-launch performance and facilitate retrospectives to embed learnings into future cycles

Data & Tech Infrastructure
  • Support delivery of data platform initiatives including ingestion pipelines, data governance frameworks, and analytics tooling
  • Work with engineering leads to understand technical architecture and translate complexity into clear program milestones
  • Identify and escalate technical risks with proposed mitigation plans

Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with third-party technology and data vendors, ensuring contractual obligations and delivery timelines are met
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, performance reviews, and escalation processes in collaboration with Procurement and Legal

Agile Delivery
  • Champion agile and scrum methodologies across program teams
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and program increment planning
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and team ways of working

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technology programs from inception through delivery
  • Strong command of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tooling (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to influence without authority
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred
  • Experience in AdTech and/or MarTech ecosystems (DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, clean rooms, identity solutions, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data platform concepts: ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Experience working within a large, matrixed media or advertising organization
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification

Compensation Range: $88,540- $141,687 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
