Role descriptionSenior Salesforce AI / AgentForce Forward Deploy Engineer (FDE)We are looking for resources with hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, testing, and optimizing Salesforce AgentForce agents, integrating Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems, and driving production AI implementations in customer-facing environments.
Expected FDE Responsibilities:- Design, deploy, and support AI agents using AgentForce.
- Integrate AgentForce with Salesforce platforms and enterprise applications.
- Drive agent training, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Partner directly with business and technology stakeholders to deliver AI-led solutions.
- Possess strong Salesforce platform experience in addition to AgentForce expertise.
Required AgentForce Skills:- Agent Configuration, Prompt Builder, Agent Topics, Agent Actions, Agent Testing, Knowledge Grounding
Required AI Skills:- LLM concepts, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI evaluation and testing, Hallucination detection and mitigation
