Full Job Description
A career as a Senior Advisor, Project & Performance Real Estate in the Real Estate Project & Performance team at National Bank means acting as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert who helps strengthen performance, quality, risk management, and operational excellence across the Real Estate sector. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in real estate financing, process improvement, risk management, and governance practices.

Your role:
  • Lead quality, performance, and process improvement initiatives supporting sales and support teams across the Real Estate sector.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and internal partners to develop tools, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies to support sound risk management and business objectives.
  • Advise stakeholders and represent the Real Estate sector in strategic discussions with partners such as Product, Operations, Legal, Audit, and Strategy teams.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure they remain current, effective, and aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate audit action plans from implementation through completion and monitor progress to ensure commitments are delivered on time.

Requirements :
  • Hold a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in real estate financing and commercial lending environments.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and credit risk management principles.
  • Experience supporting governance, audit, risk management, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business units.
  • Experience managing priorities and delivering multiple projects in a complex environment.
