Full Job Description
As a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting, supporting both financial reporting and equity administration, you will be integral to our accounting operations, ensuring accurate and compliant financial records under US GAAP. This role will involve owning the preparation of equity accounting, assisting in our financial statement reviews and audits, and helping streamline and scale the end-to-end equity administration process, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices as we continue our rapid global expansion.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in planning and execution of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and related XBRL tagging.
  • Prepare the financial statements, including cash flow statement, and footnote disclosures while maintaining complete tie-out documentation under the Company's SOX controls.
  • Prepare stock-based compensation journal entries and reconciliations for month-end/quarter-end in compliance with US GAAP (ASC 718).
  • Maintain supporting documents for internal/external SOX auditors and respond accurately, thoroughly and timely to requests for data.
  • Liaise and manage the coordination with external auditors during quarterly and annual financial reviews and audits.
  • Recommend and assist in the implementation of process improvements to streamline processes.
  • Establish active and effective communication with cross functional partners.
  • Support technical accounting research, special projects, and ad-hoc requests.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of overall experience in accounting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with strong project management, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through, including project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities and requests.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Experience working with Workiva, Wdesk, and Netsuite is preferred.


The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate's starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate's skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.

Pay Range

$73,800-$164,000 USD
