Qualifications and Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of sales experience required.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with Manufacturing, Finance and Engineering required.
- Multi-tasker with proven strong work ethic, customer expertise and product expertise.
- Experience leading a global sales team in a manufacturing or technology industry.
- Track record managing complex commercial discussions, establishing global customer strategies and increasing revenue/growth.
- Proven experience building sales capabilities and multitasking across multiple customers.
Preferred Skills- 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Electronics / Electrical Center product experience preferred.
- Previous automotive systems experience and sales and/or engineering background preferred.
- Strong communication skills, customer intimacy, commercial excellence, market intelligence and problem solving.
