About the Role:

The COOL company is seeking a proactive and strategic Sr.
Account Manager to join our Publisher Success Team, responsible for managing and growing key partnerships. This role is central to driving partner satisfaction, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and retention of publishers.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts-guiding partners through setup, troubleshooting, strategy, reporting, and day-to-day communication. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Ad Ops, Tech, Finance, Product, and Sales) to deliver a smooth and impactful experience throughout the publisher lifecycle.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Serve as the primary account owner for a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships, performance growth, and retention.
  • Oversee full-funnel partner management-onboarding, integration, launch, QA, and ongoing optimizations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely setup, technical integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide strategic guidance on monetization opportunities and growth.
  • Monitor performance and proactively identify trends, blockers, or optimization areas.
  • Act as the liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage partner reporting expectations and share quarterly brand exposure/performance recaps.
  • Upsell additional products and services based on partner goals and potential.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for onboarding processes, partner status, and account plans.
  • Track and support revenue growth by collaborating with the Demand, Sales, and Ad Ops teams.

Professional Competencies:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, or a similar client-facing role-preferably in the digital advertising/Ad Tech ecosystem (specifically the programmatic space)
  • A well-informed view of the dynamics of cross platform digital advertising and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills-able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach and high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Bonus points for experience with CTV/App monetization, Supply-side tech, etc.


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Ad Tech, or Programmatic Advertising are a plus.
