Extensive SQL Server Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator managing large-scale enterprise environments.
Data Center Migration: Proven expertise in migrating databases from one data center to another, ensuring zero/minimal downtime and full data integrity.
High Availability Solutions: Strong knowledge and implementation experience with Always On Availability Groups, SQL Server Replication, and Log Shipping for disaster recovery and high availability.
Performance Tuning & Optimization: Skilled in monitoring and tuning database performance using native tools (Profiler, DMVs, Query Store) and third-party utilities.
Functional DBA Role: Ability to work as a functional DBA, supporting development, QA, and production environments, including managing deployments and change controls.
