What You'll Do:
  • Build relationships with business owners, fleet managers, and working professionals to understand their vehicle needs.
  • Present Mercedes-Benz Sprinter's fleet and commercial vehicle lineup, financing options, and service advantages.
  • Ensure flawless communication with clients who expect prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service.
  • Manage customer interactions through our dealership's CRM system (Elead) and maintain strong follow-up processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, vehicle specifications, and financing solutions to position yourself as a trusted fleet consultant.
What We're Looking For:
  • Automotive sales experience is required - Highline or commercial vehicle sales experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen - You'll be working with decision-makers who expect expertise and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication skills - Your clients expect clear, timely, and knowledgeable interactions.
  • Tech-savvy & organized - Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to track customer interactions.
