Full Job Description
TheraPeds Partners is looking for a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Salt Lake City, Utah for the . This full-time, campus-based position serves students in Kindergarten through 8th grade, offering the opportunity to provide bilingual speech-language services while working alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to help students reach their communication goals.
Position Highlights

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Provide individualized speech-language therapy services for bilingual students with diverse communication needs.
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and use assessment results to guide intervention planning.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals while maintaining compliance with district and special education requirements.
  • Manage assigned student caseloads, including documentation, progress reporting, and case management responsibilities.
  • Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers to encourage carryover of communication strategies throughout the school day.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success and ensure coordinated service delivery.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing data and performance.
Compensation
  • $55-$65+ per hour, depending on experience
  • Estimated weekly earnings of $2,062-$2,437+

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
  • State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
  • National License: ASHA
  • Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • Bilingual
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in use of technology
  • Fingerprint background clearance
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications


Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
