About the Role

Hello, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Aurora, CO. You'll support middle school students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.

What You'll Do
  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
