About the Job

The Roles & Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist Include:

  • Performing comprehensive evaluations and delivering individualized speech therapy treatment for pediatric patients.
  • Providing 1:1 patient care on a scheduled basis (40-60 minute sessions).
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient-centered care.
  • Educating parents and caregivers on therapeutic home programs.
  • Completing all clinical documentation and notes accurately and timely.


The Successful Candidates Will Meet the Following Requirements, Qualifications and Skill Sets:

  • Speech Language Therapy License (Preferred); able to be licensed in Wyoming required.
  • 2+ year's pediatric experience preferred, not required.
  • Understanding of the speech language therapy evaluation process.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, clinical reasoning and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and follow through skills.
  • Professional and authentic communication skills.
  • Willingness to participate in our community volunteer program.

  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
  • Ability to pass state and federal background check .

Compensation:

  • Full-time salary: 40 hours/week: $ 80,000 - $ 100,000/year depending upon demonstrable skill sets and years of working experience.
  • Part-time hourly rate: $ 50.00 - $ 60.00/hr depending upon demonstrable skill sets and years of working experience.
