Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist, or ability to acquire before starting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient communication.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in evaluating and treating speech and swallowing disorders.
• Financial acumen to manage treatment planning effectively.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for swallowing and communication disorders using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish and implement tailored Speech Pathology treatment goals and programs.
• Deliver rehabilitative services based on specific medical orders within a collaborative team.
• Contribute to clinical conferences to discuss and coordinate care plans.
• Provide one-on-one treatment sessions for individualized patient attention.
