Job Description

Speech Language Pathologists (CF-SLP or SLP) to provide in-person services for public school students. These positions are for the upcoming school year, from 8/12/2026 to 5/26/2027 (immediate interviews now taking place).

Speech-Language Pathologist Salary Range: $55-$65 per hour

Speech-Language Pathologist Available Positions:

  • 5 elementary openings
  • 2 Junior High openings
  • 1 High school opening
  • Maternity leave positions
    • 1 HS from August to October
    • 1 elementary need for the entire Fall semester - this would cover 2 different leaves


Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:

  • Stable caseload with services delivered during school hours
  • Full-Time SLPs preferred, but part-time considered (part-time = SLP is on-site for 8 hours/day, working 2-4 days/week)
  • Experience in public schools is preferred
  • Experience with pediatrics is required


Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

  • License in the state of Texas
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)


Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

  • Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals
  • Providing push-in support in classrooms
  • Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
  • Providing continued support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
  • Developing and implementing IEPs
  • Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
