Full Job Description
Target Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000, depending on caseload and experience. Your dedication and impact directly translate into greater earning potential.

You9ll provide personalized, in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each child9s unique needs. Your role as a Speech-Language Pathologist

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, Mental Health Practitioners, and Neuropsychologists. Your responsibilities include:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication and feeding disorders
  • Make appropriate cross-referrals to other disciplines
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to improve speech, language, social, and feeding skills
  • Educate families, staff, and the community on AAC and other communication supports
  • Collaborate with doctors, teachers, and pediatric therapists for coordinated care
  • Keep detailed records of progress and adjust plans as needed
