About the Role

Hi, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Thornton, CO. You'll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication, learning, and participation in the school environment. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

What You'll Do
  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
  • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
