About the RoleHello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) for a K-12 school setting in Mountain City, Tennessee. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based SLPs and those transitioning into schools.

What You'll Do- Provide school-based SLP services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation
- Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students' communication skills development
- Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Adapt materials and environments to improve student access
What We're Looking For- Active Tennessee SLP license or eligibility for Tennessee Clinical Fellow provisional licensure
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Eligible for appropriate Tennessee school-based credentialing/licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, not required
