Titre du poste: Specialiste SIOP Reseau Apres-Marche

Le spécialiste SIOP Réseau Après-Marché sera responsable de la gestion du plan de visites en atelier pour les segments de marché qui lui seront assignés. La personne retenue devra identifier les risques et collaborer avec les différentes unités d'affaires afin de mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires pour assurer l'exécution efficace du plan de visites en atelier.

Ce poste exige une solide compréhension de la demande pour une gamme de produits, de la capacité des ateliers et des processus SIOP afin d'assurer une livraison ponctuelle aux clients. La personne titulaire du poste devra établir de solides relations de collaboration pour consolider l'information et agira comme leader d'influence dans son secteur en coordonnant et en maintenant des rencontres de planification mensuelles, incluant les revues de consensus et les revues SIOP, avec différents groupes et organisations.

Principales responsabilités
  • Diriger les revues SIOP mensuelles avec les équipes Programmes, Ventes, Finance, Pièces de rechange ainsi que les organisations des Opérations internes et externes.
  • Évaluer les conditions de demande moteur à moyen et à long terme avec le soutien des organisations Programmes et Ventes.
  • Évaluer les enjeux ayant un impact sur le plan et mobiliser les groupes requis afin d'élaborer des plans de mitigation.
  • Communiquer à l'équipe de gestion les changements liés aux conditions du marché et à la demande client.
  • Concevoir et présenter à la direction des présentations visuelles de grande qualité à l'aide de PowerPoint, Excel et Power BI.
  • S'assurer que les échéances établies par la direction sont respectées tout en livrant un travail clair, concis et de qualité.
  • Appliquer de solides compétences en analyse de données afin d'identifier les occasions d'amélioration, les tendances de la demande client, les risques et les tendances opérationnelles.
  • Coordonner les demandes clients avec les unités d'affaires concernées.
  • Améliorer les processus existants et gérer des projets visant à renforcer la planification intégrée.
  • Réaliser des audits de processus et d'affaires, au besoin.
  • Démontrer un état d'esprit axé sur l'amélioration continue.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des indicateurs de performance et des rapports permettant de soutenir l'amélioration des affaires.


Qualifications
  • Diplôme universitaire en génie, administration des affaires, gestion des opérations, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, analyse de données ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 6 années d'expérience en SIOP, MRO, planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, planification des opérations, après-marché ou dans un rôle similaire.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel, PowerPoint et Power BI.
  • Capacité à analyser de grands ensembles de données opérationnelles.
  • Solides compétences en communication, initiative, prise en charge, mobilisation et présentation.
  • Capacité démontrée à influencer et à évoluer dans un environnement complexe.
  • Aisance à travailler avec des données ambiguës provenant des ateliers et capacité à remettre en question les chiffres avec diplomatie.
  • Compréhension des principes et pratiques des processus SIOP et de planification stratégique, considérée comme un atout.

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: SIOP Aftermarket Network Specialist

The SIOP Aftermarket Network Specialist will be responsible for managing the shop visit plan for assigned market segments. The selected candidate will identify potential risks and work with the different business units to apply corrective actions that ensure the shop visit plan is executed effectively.

This position requires a solid understanding of demand across a range of products, shop capacity, and SIOP processes to ensure timely delivery to customers. The incumbent will build strong relationships to consolidate information and will act as an influential leader within their sector by coordinating and maintaining monthly planning meetings, including consensus and SIOP reviews, with different groups and organizations.

Key Tasks
  • Lead monthly SIOP reviews with Programs, Sales, Finance, Spare Parts, and internal and external Operations organizations.
  • Evaluate medium- and long-term engine demand conditions with the support of the Programs and Sales organizations.
  • Evaluate issues impacting the plan and engage the required groups to develop mitigation plans.
  • Communicate market conditions and customer demand changes to the management team.
  • Design and present high-quality visual presentations to management teams using PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Ensure deadlines set by management are met while delivering clear, concise, and high-quality work.
  • Apply strong data analysis skills to identify opportunities, customer demand patterns, risks, and trends.

It requires a very good knowledge of English in order to read, understand, and use, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may come from international organizations, and to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues
