En tant que spécialiste des solutions de données et des processus, vous serez responsable de l'analyse, de la gouvernance et de l'optimisation des actifs de données de l'entreprise afin de soutenir l'excellence opérationnelle au sein de l'organisation des fournisseurs du marché secondaire. Ce rôle combine la gestion des données, l'analytique avancée et l'ingénierie des processus afin d'améliorer l'efficacité, d'assurer l'intégrité des données et de permettre une prise de décision éclairée à travers les différentes fonctions. Le candidat retenu concevra et mettra en œuvre des solutions de données évolutives, développera des outils analytiques et pilotera des initiatives d'amélioration continue alignées sur les exigences organisationnelles et réglementaires.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Établir et maintenir des cadres de gouvernance des données afin d'assurer l'exactitude, la cohérence et la traçabilité des données à travers les systèmes
  • Superviser la gestion du cycle de vie des données, y compris la collecte, la validation, le stockage et l'archivage
  • Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord, des rapports et des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour soutenir les décisions opérationnelles et stratégiques
  • Effectuer des analyses de données avancées afin d'identifier les tendances, les inefficacités et les zones de risque au sein des programmes et des opérations, à l'aide de divers outils (SAP, BW, Power BI, Python, SAS, etc.)
  • Traduire les résultats analytiques en recommandations concrètes pour la haute direction
  • Diriger la conception et la mise en œuvre d'outils et de systèmes afin de rationaliser les processus d'affaires, améliorer l'accessibilité des données et offrir des solutions évolutives
  • Automatiser les flux de travail manuels et améliorer l'intégration des systèmes
  • Piloter des initiatives d'amélioration continue à l'aide de méthodologies axées sur les données
  • Agir à titre d'expert en la matière pour les capacités en données et analytique au sein de l'organisation de gestion des fournisseurs
  • Soutenir les efforts de gestion du changement liés aux nouveaux outils, processus et normes de données

  • Expérience dans le domaine de l'aéronautique (un atout)
  • Excellente maîtrise de MS Office (Excel / VBA)
  • Expérience en programmation, idéalement en Python
  • Connaissance de SAP et Power BI (un atout)

Job Title: Data and Process Solutions Specialist, Vendor Management

What will your day-to-day look like?
