3 years of Splunk andor Dynatrace Must be able to work with these tools fluently using just keywords from an application issue to find root cause Ability to set up monitoring within these tools is a plus

Strong knowledge of UNIXLINUX and Windows server with Administration experience

Previous experience with Remedy incidentschangesPKEPBI and JIRA

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to pinpoint where an issue may be occurring based on experience and information gathering ability

Strong verbal communications skills ability to maintain focus of a group of people on application related triage calls

Strong written communication skills via email etc Must be able to summarize issues document steps to resolution communicate with executives etc

Able to work in a complex environment with little management oversight
