Job Summary

Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java for application support roles focusing on maintaining and enhancing Javabased applications

Job Description

Provide expert application support for Javabased systems within the application support domain Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Java applications to ensure high availability and performance Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and implement improvements Monitor application health and proactively address potential problems Analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and prevent recurring issues Participate in incident management and root cause analysis to minimize downtime Support deployment and configuration of Java applications in production and nonproduction environments Document support procedures application configurations and technical knowledge for team use Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in application support
