POSITION OVERVIEW

As the person in charge of technological integration, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts to plan, coordinate, and implement technology initiatives within the organization. You will ensure that initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined quality and performance requirements. CHALLENGES TO BE MET
  • Requirements Analysis: Identify and document the needs of stakeholders and end users
  • Initiative Planning and Coordination: Plan in detail, organize, and manage resources for IT and business initiatives from the design phase through implementation. Integrate technology decommissioning activities into initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams (IT groups, external partners, building management, users, etc.) to maintain positive and productive relationships and ensure the smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Design: Ensure that detailed design, testing (POC), and pilot projects are key deliverables in the initiatives.
  • Approval: Obtain the appropriate approvals for changes in a timely manner and present solutions and changes in various forums.
  • Budget Monitoring: Estimate and manage costs and resource requirements to establish initiative budgets and control expenditures to ensure compliance with budget constraints. Highlight cost reductions and optimizations. Including initial and recurring costs to operate, support, and monitor the initiative, as well as any required support tools.
  • Tracking: Establish and monitor initiative timelines to ensure initiatives are completed on schedule. Track the implementation and progress of all activities across all involved teams and partners by identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Quality and Performance: Ensure that deliverables meet established quality and performance standards. Monitor external partners to ensure our quality standards are met and implement corrective actions to address the situation and prevent recurrence.
  • Communication: Ensure regular and transparent communication between stakeholders and teams. Keep stakeholders informed of upcoming changes and their implications throughout the duration of the initiative by organizing regular meetings and providing updates. This includes external partners.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks associated with IT initiatives.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for initiatives, including progress reports and initiative summaries.
  • Change Management: Analyze the potential impacts of changes on ongoing initiatives and the organization. Develop change management plans to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition.
  • User Experience: Understand the impacts of changes on users. Develop strategies in collaboration with the user experience team that meet user needs and enhance their experience.
  • Training and Support: Provide adequate training and support to help support teams and users adapt to changes.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • You have at least 10 years of proven experience in IT initiative management, with in-depth knowledge of initiative management methodologies and tools.
  • A college degree in computer science, initiative management, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or any other equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and initiative management software (such as MS Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify problems and propose effective and innovative solutions.
  • Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams and partners, make decisions, and guide the initiative toward success.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Attention to detail: Rigorous approach to tracking initiatives and managing technical details.
