Specialist, Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Role Overview
As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will deliver high-touch, high-judgment operational support to Executive Talent Acquisition, candidates, and senior hiring leaders, including frequent interaction with SVP+ and C-suite stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless, compliant, and premium experience across the executive hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted operational partner to Executive Talent Acquisition, managing sensitive, time-critical activities including complex interview scheduling, offer creation, hire processing, and onboarding coordination.
Deliver timely, accurate resolution of complex Talent Acquisition and HR inquiries across the employee lifecycle, including executive recruiting, compensation coordination, and internal mobility, in line with SLAs.
Independently manage non-standard, high-risk issues with sound judgment and discretion; escalate when appropriate with clear documentation and full ownership through resolution.
Provide a “white glove” candidate and stakeholder experience, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail at every touchpoint.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, COEs, HRIS, Legal, and regional teams to drive aligned, end-to-end execution in a global operating model.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance through disciplined transaction processing, approval workflows, and documentation standards.
Handle highly confidential executive, compensation, and candidate data with integrity and strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects focused on enhancing executive hiring effectiveness, scalability, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or a related field, with exposure to executive recruiting environments preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic, time-sensitive, and high-volume environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience supporting senior stakeholders.
Experience with Workday and/or HR systems preferred; data analytics experience is a plus.
In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
