Summary

This role supports the delivery of enterprise AI programs and helps accelerate AI adoption across the organization. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, you will identify high-value opportunities, align stakeholders, define roadmaps, and oversee implementation and adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes. In parallel, you will accelerate AI adoption through the development of AI-powered agents, structured enablement, and robust governance practices. You will establish best practices, create training and guidance, manage the AI use case portfolio, reduce duplication of effort, and ensure the ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI across the organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance program execution with organizational enablement, fostering innovation while helping teams confidently and responsibly adopt AI at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the delivery of AI initiatives, including opportunity assessment, business case development, roadmap creation, stakeholder alignment, implementation planning, and adoption tracking. Working closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and business teams to define requirements, coordinate delivery activities, manage dependencies, and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value.
  • Spearheading AI adoption initiatives and managing the associated change management processes, which includes developing comprehensive education and training materials, establishing AI best practices, and ensuring team members remain informed about advancements.
  • Serving as a key consultant to various teams, providing expert guidance and support to help identify AI opportunities, define business requirements, and implement solutions tailored to specific needs and workflows.
  • Building and deploying advanced AI-powered agents using platforms such as Copilot, Gemini Enterprise, and other enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and day-to-day team workflows.
  • Systematically tracking and program managing all AI use cases across the Business Unit to ensure comprehensive visibility, prioritization against business objectives, progress monitoring, and effective resource allocation.


Critical Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline or relevant work experience
  • A minimum of two years of progressive professional experience in roles related to technology consulting, AI strategy, AI consulting, or the broader fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
  • Demonstrated experience working with advanced AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), understanding their capabilities and applications, and proven experience in developing AI-driven solutions with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Possession of relevant professional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Governance is highly valued.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing AI strategy roadmaps and a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in technology projects.
  • Familiarity with applied AI concepts and methodologies, including GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, and responsible AI practices. Working knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and data governance principles.
  • Experience in establishing AI Centers of Excellence or similar strategic AI initiatives within an organization.
  • Proficiency with common AI development environments, programming languages (such as Python), and data analysis tools.
  • A background in change management, particularly related to the adoption of new technologies and data-driven practices.
  • Experience in telecommunications or other operational-heavy roles is an asset


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
