Position Overview- Provide specialized instruction and academic support to high school students in resource classroom settings, adapting instruction to meet individual learning needs.
- Implement and monitor IEPs, accommodations, and individualized instructional strategies to support student progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with special education requirements.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Arizona Special Education Certification required; alternative teaching certifications are not accepted
- Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to obtain and maintain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification
