About the Role

Hello, Special Education Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Special Education Teachers to support students with Significant Support Needs (SSN) in a high school setting in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you'll provide individualized instruction, support students' IEP goals, and help create a structured and inclusive learning environment tailored to each student's unique needs.

This is a great opportunity for an SPED Teacher who is passionate about working with students with significant support needs and enjoys building meaningful relationships while helping students develop academic, functional, communication, and life skills. You'll be part of a collaborative school team with the support of a therapist-run company that values individualized student care and professional collaboration.

What You'll Do
