About the Role

Hello, Special Education Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Affective Needs Special Education Teacher to support students near Carbondale, CO for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you'll provide individualized instruction and meaningful behavioral and social-emotional support while helping students build the skills they need to succeed both academically and personally.

This is a great opportunity for a Special Education Teacher who enjoys supporting students with affective, behavioral, and emotional needs and is passionate about creating a positive, structured environment where students can thrive. You'll work closely with school staff and a collaborative, therapist-run team dedicated to individualized student support and your professional success.
