Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for a full-time leave-coverage position in the Bothell, Washington area. This assignment will run from August 25 through December 4, 2026. Join a supportive team and help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally in a welcoming, local school district.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations
  • Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
  • Prepare clear and thorough evaluation reports
  • Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and Individualized Education Program meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
  • Assist school teams with students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Support the development and implementation of appropriate interventions
  • Provide consultation regarding special education eligibility, programming, and student supports
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state, federal, and district requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-based planning
