Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced attorney to focus on employment litigation, administrative charges, and attorney demand letters in a mostly remote capacity. This position offers the opportunity to handle a variety of cases, including those covered by Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), while collaborating with a dedicated legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and single-plaintiff litigation.
  • Developing case strategies, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting depositions, and representing clients at hearings, conferences, and trials.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff, including paralegals, in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and EPLI carriers on litigation risks, case strategy, and resolution options.
  • Ensure all case activity aligns with EPLI policy terms, reporting requirements, and litigation guidelines.
  • Maintaining a focus on efficient, high-quality legal work without business development pressures or additional non-billable hour demands.
