for Responsible Business Contractor -CSR

Candidates must be in NYC or Washington, D.C. The contractor position will be part of the Responsible Business organization, supporting Client's Value. They will be expected to be in an office location 3 days/week with up to 20% travel to events.As a
Responsible Business Contractor-CSR, yourresponsibilities will be
:- Assist with Value CSR project plans, to track program roadmaps and ensure deliverables are met.
- Help organize meetings with nonprofit partners, take meeting notes, and assist in summarizing action items to coordinate project task completion.
- Maintain multiple shared calendars to ensure events and project deliverables are clearly communicated to stakeholders and cross-business teams.
- Support collaboration with other members of the Responsible Business and Value teams to implement CSR programs and determine key metrics.
- Assist in creating and updating KPIs in partnership with grantees and building quarterly reports on CSR program progress.
- Support communication efforts to ensure effective storytelling strategies are in place and Client leadership is informed.
- Manage brand events including scheduling, on the ground support, and logistics planning.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate program progress and nonprofit performance
- Coordinate grant fulfillments to nonprofit partners via CyberGrants
Qualifications - Education, Training and Experience- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 - 4 years experience working in a program management/project management support capacity, preferably within nonprofit partnerships and/or grant management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with program managers, marketing managers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and written/oral communications skills.
- Preference for individuals with prior marketing, communications, and event planning experience.
- Self-motivated, work well in a demanding, fast-paced environment managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
- Travel 10% of the time

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $40 - $47 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
