Lead Quality Engineer, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for insurance software products, ensuring coverage of functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct manual testing activities as needed, including exploratory testing, ad-hoc testing, and usability testing, to identify defects and ensure the overall quality of the software.
- Establish and maintain test environments and test data sets required for QA activities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
- Lead the execution of test cases, analyze test results, and report defects in a timely manner, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution and validation of fixes.
Candidate must have skills:- Test Management/Defect Management tools: qTest, Jira
- SQL, Oracle
- GitLab
- Experience on Healthcare/Claims Processing and Testing in Agile environment
- Advanced knowledge on Functional/Regression/System Integration testing and SQL.
- Soft skills- critical thinking, problem-solving

Per Year*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
