• Experience coaching or guiding other sourcers or recruiters.
• Proficient in sourcing tools, ATS/CRM platforms, and skilled in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, effectively keeping teams aligned without formal authority.
• Instinct for maintaining a quality candidate experience and strong employer brand.
• Bonus: experience in AI sourcing, establishing a sourcing function in a high-growth context, or promoting diverse-pipeline initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sourcing strategies for various roles, prioritizing channels and techniques.
• Manage team activities, assigning sourcing and outreach tasks to ensure optimal candidate engagement.
• Maintain and enhance outreach templates and sequences, overseeing messaging quality.
• Prioritize recruitment efforts, transparently communicating which searches receive focus and resources.
• Define and analyze pipeline metrics to drive team performance and coaching efforts.
• Conduct hands-on sourcing for the most challenging high-level roles, setting an example for the team.
• Develop team skills in search methods, communication, market research, and training new sourcers.,
