- Run all aspects of sourcing operations, including capacity planning, and req coverage, ensuring consistent execution and early intervention when searches are off track.
- Collaborate with Talent Partners and TA leadership to develop proactive sourcing strategies that match business priorities. Emphasize building high-quality pipelines in advance of demand.
- Ensure strong intake and role clarity before searches begin and maintain a consistent quality bar through calibration and clear handoffs between sourcing and recruiting.
- Manage the RPO partnership, including allocation, performance oversight, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with Adobe's expectations for candidate experience and outcomes.
- Translate talent market insights into practical direction on location strategy, compensation, and hiring timelines to influence and improve business decisions.
- Own sourcing performance and funnel health, using data daily to identify gaps, adjust strategy, and influence outcomes.
- Champion effective use of sourcing tools and technologies, including LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
What you need to succeed- 8+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with 6+ years leading teams and evolving them into strategic partners.
- Deep understanding of non-technical talent segments, including Corporate Functions, Sales, Marketing, and Build.
- Demonstrated data proficiency and fluency, with experience building funnel metrics, sourcing data, and industry analysis to inform and influence strategic business decisions.
- Ability to build and develop high-performing sourcing teams with a focus on mentoring, accountability, and elevating the quality bar.
- Experience managing RPO or external sourcing partnerships with clear accountability for performance and quality.
- Interest in evolving sourcing practices, including the use of AI and new technologies to improve efficiency and experience.
