The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

About the Role
The Sourcing Analyst supports Owned Brands (OB) Food and Beverage Sourcing by enabling faster, higher-quality sourcing decisions by translating analytics into insight, judgment, and action. This role supports Sourcing Managers and Senior Sourcing Managers by interpreting cost and market data, shaping negotiation strategies, and enabling real-time decision-making.
Operating within a global analytics model, the Sourcing Analyst leverages executional outputs from offshore analytics partners and applies business context, scenario judgment, and storytelling to help sourcing leaders operate at a strategic level. Success in this role is measured by decision speed, negotiation strength, and time freed for sourcing leaders-not by volume of analysis produced.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate analytics into clear insights, trade-offs, and recommendations that accelerate sourcing decisions
• Interpret RFP, cost change, and should-cost outputs to inform negotiation strategy and supplier challenges
• Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing to support category strategy and innovation decisions
• Lead scenario and sensitivity analysis tied to real business questions and decision points
• Provide real-time analytical judgment in meetings, negotiations, and leadership discussions
• Develop leadership-ready narratives that connect data to business impact
• Direct and leverage global analytics resources to ensure outputs align to decision needs
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support sourcing initiatives, negotiations, supplier reviews, and executive requests
About you:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in analytics, finance, or sourcing
• Strong analytical modeling skills (Excel required)
• Experience interpreting cost drivers (commodities, labor, freight, FX, packaging)
• Proven ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
