About the role:

The Sourcing Analyst II will provide sourcing support, performance analysis, reporting and insights in support of our global sourcing category and commodity teams. This position reports to the Manager, Analytics and Operations, Sourcing Center of Excellence. The Sourcing Analyst II plays an integral role within the Sourcing Center of Excellence, supporting indirect sourcing, direct materials sourcing, supplier diversity initiatives and broader corporate programs. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive key business decisions, improve sourcing effectiveness and support enterprise objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to communicate effectively, build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This position requires increasing ownership of reporting processes, analytical solutions and stakeholder support while serving as a trusted partner to sourcing teams and business leaders.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Partner with sourcing and business stakeholders to develop, publish, enhance and maintain key metrics reports, scorecards, dashboards and analytics solutions that support decision-making across all levels of management.
  • Manage the timely execution and delivery of recurring reporting, including savings tracking, spend management reporting, sourcing performance metrics and supplier diversity reporting.
  • Support all elements of spend analytics, including taxonomy maintenance, data mapping, data cleansing, supplier classification and integration of information from multiple systems and sources.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, risks and actionable insights that support sourcing strategies and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify reporting, process and data integrity issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leverage subject matter expertise to ensure data quality and provide guidance on best practices for reporting, analytics and data governance.
  • Conduct ad hoc and targeted analyses to support category management, sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations and executive decision-making.
  • Perform market, supplier, industry, commodity and category research to identify sourcing opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Support request for proposal activities by conducting pricing analyses, cost modeling, supplier comparisons and negotiation support.
  • Conduct category and commodity performance analysis, spend reporting, supplier performance monitoring and data maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to reporting automation, dashboard development, process improvement initiatives and sourcing technology enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Participate in sourcing system implementations, upgrades or enhancements by providing analytics expertise, supporting business requirements and assisting with integration into reporting solutions.


Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, supply chain, analytics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a business analyst, sourcing analyst, procurement analyst, supply chain analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Experience supporting sourcing, procurement, supplier management or supply chain activities.
  • Working knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology and vendor management principles.
  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and data management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP Ariba.
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience developing dashboards, automated reporting solutions and data visualizations.
  • Knowledge of spend analytics, supplier diversity reporting and procurement data management.
  • Experience supporting sourcing technology implementations, reporting enhancements or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Power BI Copilot, to improve reporting efficiency, data analysis and business insights.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
