Job Description

This role will focus on the project management and implementation requirements in support of several WTW solutions including but not limited to Benefits Access and alternative administration solutions we may pursue internally or externally, SBU Block Arrangement (Project Catalyst), Mid/Large Carrier Panels (Project Zodiac) and Vendor Panels. In addition, there will be Service Delivery Liaison support with our Global Delivery Centre

In coordination with other project managers, Sales, Operations, FAAP, GDC and the Project Solutions Leader provide project management support to bring our solutions to life for prospects and clients:
  1. Branding, marketing, preparation of client-facing materials to bring clients into the solution
    1. Support implementation efforts by supporting teams placing business with the selected carriers, vendors
    2. Project manage the development and launch of client-facing materials and underwriting tools to support the terms agreed-to in the RFP
    3. Provide liaison support between our GDC and FAA&P teams to ensure quality, service delivery standards and training issues are addressed quickly
    4. Additional responsibilities will be added once each of the 3 new solutions advance further in the process development and the priorities for the GDC are further defined

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $120,000 CAD annually.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
