Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Own deep expertise in TeamViewer's IT and DEX portfolio
  • Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and webinars aligned to customer needs
  • Communicate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead discovery to understand customer challenges and objectives
  • Design and present customized solutions leveraging TeamViewer capabilities
  • Develop proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation
  • Lead POV/POC and pilot engagements, providing hands-on guidance
  • Analyze results and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, including RFx responses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Stay current on industry trends and contribute feedback to product innovation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX)
  • Experience with SaaS tools (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, Observability)
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, cloud, virtualization, and security
  • Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
