You'll own the technical side of the buying journey: resolving setup and authentication issues, answering security and data privacy questions with confidence, connecting integrations for mid-market and enterprise customers, and giving prospective customers the assurance that Spellbook fits securely into their practice. This role is fully remote and open to candidates located in Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with Account Executives to support prospects throughout their evaluation, serving as the technical trusted advisor across the sales cycle.
  • Resolve setup, authentication, and app download issues for prospects pre-trial so evaluations start smoothly.
  • Field technical support, security, and data privacy questions from prospects and customers.
  • Speak confidently to the benefits of our data security certifications and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA) with legal, IT, and security stakeholders.
  • Connect and configure existing integrations for mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Support large-scale document and data migrations for new and prospective customers.
  • Provide front-line fixes for bugs and functionality issues affecting in-trial accounts, escalating to Engineering when needed and owning issues through resolution.
  • Support technical demonstrations and proofs of concept that address prospects' unique business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT to complete RFPs and security questionnaires as part of the sales cycle.
  • Create and maintain technical content and documentation so prospects and customers are successful using Spellbook.
  • Become a product expert across the Spellbook platform and understand the competitor landscape.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management that contribute to the improvement of the sales team or achievement of revenue goals, including but not limited to attending events/conferences or hosting internal training sessions.
