  • Manage technical setup for demo environments connecting to third-party integrations

  • Respond adeptly to queries from diverse teams during customer engagements

Solutions Engineer

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 / year

Description

We9re looking for a seasoned Solutions Engineer to join our team, in this role you will work primarily with our Sales Team, and provide support to our Customer Success Team.
As the Solutions Engineer you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the acquisition of new business - slicing through requirements set by household brands that we9re lucky enough to have as prospective customers, and stories (expressed in live demos) that drive conversion.

A little about you...
  • 4 Years+ working within sales or pre-sales teams for SaaS businesses
  • Professional experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences

About the role...
  • Manage the technical setup of demo environments - connecting our platform to 3rd-party integrations via our Marketplace suite of tools
  • Read and parse extensive RFI/RFP documents to understand prospect needs - working closely with the Sales Team to build insights into what the foundational needs of each opportunity are
  • Create and deliver compelling demos of the platform which are tailored to the prospective customer9s frame of context
  • Be a product expert (with lots of help from our extensive training materials)
  • Think on your feet (or, office chair) - when quizzed by prospective customer teams across diverse functions such as IT, HR, Communications, and Leadership
  • Continually learn about, and deliver presentations on, the platform roadmap - with a focus on the benefits of the features we9re developing
  • Analyze the sales lifecycle and suggest refinements - asking questions and devising options for improvement
  • Work closely with team members across the US and UK - sufficient overlap with relevant time zones is important
