We’re hiring a Senior Solution Designer / Solution Architect to drive end-to-end solution design and hands-on delivery across Wealth Management technology landscape.
This role combines Solution Designer leadership with architect engineering ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, delivery, and team leadership.
What you’ll do
Design end-to-end solutions across application, data, and integration layers.
Produce high-quality design artifacts (HLD, LLD, technical specifications).
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards.
Apply a multi-disciplined expertise with database, application, client tiers, layering of software, build, test and deploy strategies to create the overall design of software (including applications, infrastructure, middleware) and guide how the sub-components are developed by different teams
Able to assess options based on Enterprise defined guidelines, and have extensive experience with building resilient and scalable distributed solutions.
Able to interact with other stakeholders, APIs, event driven architecture, data architecture principles, DB architecture principles

Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with demonstrated solution architecture and technical leadership.
Strong communication skills. Ability to understand business needs and provide practical architecture and technology solutions while advancing the overall long-term vision
Experience designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across application, data, and integration layers.
Proven ability to produce and review design artifacts (HLD, LLD, technical specifications) and translate requirements into working software.
Experience with ETL/data integration (SSIS and/or Azure Data Factory).
