This role combines consultative solution-selling with deep technical expertise, ensuring customers understand, trust, select and adopt the platform effectively. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, craft tailored solutions, and drive technical validation during the sales cycle.

*Missions*
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand requirements, business drivers, and technical environments of prospects and customers.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, mapping customer pain points to platform capabilities acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver tailored presentations, demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops for prospects.
  • Translate business challenges into clear solution architectures, highlighting ROI and adoption pathways while addressing technical objections.
  • Complete RFI/RFP responses, security questionnaires, and solution documentation.
  • Stay current on product roadmap, SaaS trends, intranet best practices, and competitor landscape while relaying customer feedback to the Product teams.
