Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate, experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
  • Position requires 3 years of experience in the following: Cloud operations support (launch planning, capacity planning, product release management) or Technical support or Escalation management or Consulting (uncovering stakeholder needs through dialogue to conduct analysis and make recommendations); Stakeholder management (collaborating with and influencing stakeholders, managing expectations); Executive influence (persuading senior leaders and handling pushback); Technical acumen (applying technical concepts to analyze problems and communicate technical information); Problem-solving (evaluating ambiguous problems, identifying root causes, and generating solutions).


About the job

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,150 - $164,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .

Position reports to the Google Chicago, Illinois office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer implementation journey for Google Cloud adoption by providing technical guidance and managing project timelines, milestones, and transformation strategies.
  • Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs, create technical roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews.
  • Advocate for customer requirements to overcome adoption blockers and collaborate internally to influence new feature development.
  • Manage technical readiness for customer events and launches by coordinating with Support, Developer, and SRE teams to guide escalations to resolution. Create and refine best practices, technical assets, and repeatable solution content based on learnings from customer engagements to help scale adoption.
  • Identify product gaps and solution trends based on customer feedback and collaborate with engineering teams to mitigate risks and improve offerings. Domestic travel of more than 10% is required.
