Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and 2 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into strategic action plans to address root-cause issues; Navigating complex internal environments by leveraging data analysis and structured project management to build high-impact partnerships across Sales and influence product changes to cross-functional departments; Anticipating, identifying and recommending technical solutions to defined problems by evaluating and analyzing data and business needs; Assessing complex technical issues and translating customer pain points into actionable business solutions; Solving complex technical customer issues and escalations.

The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $164,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, and stakeholder meeting facilitation.
  • Contribute to partner strategies by generating insights, participating in business reviews, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Support the updating of existing solution content and create repeatable documentation like tutorials and best practices.
  • Help identify solution issue trends and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and improve delivery efficiency. Support strategic relationships with stakeholders by defining solution scope, coaching teams, and addressing escalations.
