Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Growth Level Solution Consultant to join our Adobe Document Cloud Solution Consulting team! This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology regarding digital documents and customer success. As a Growth Solution Consultant, you will support the growth and scale of Adobe Document Cloud technical solutions within the Corporate business. You will be responsible for managing all technical activities across customers, specific partners or a territory and will work closely with the Corporate Sales Specialists. As a Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers understand and leverage Adobe's enterprise software solutions, particularly within the tech industry with a focus on digital document transformation. A consultative approach, being comfortable engaging in strategic planning, solution development, technical business enablement, and process management, all while growing revenue for Adobe Document Cloud will be the key to your success in this role!
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement & Discovery: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their prioritized executive business challenges.
- Product Demonstrations & Proof of Value: Conduct compelling and factual Document Cloud product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities within an enterprise business
- Technical Expertise: Acquire a detailed understanding of cloud-based solutions to deliver mentorship and support, alongside other 3rd party software.
- Teamwork: Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful solution implementation.
Minimum RequirementsTo excel in the role of a Growth Solution Consultant at Adobe, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Customer-Facing Experience: At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or 3+ years in a customer IT/Creative role.
- Technical Competence : Validated experience working in the enterprise software
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver engaging and persuasive software demonstrations both in-person and virtually. On camera presence for virtual engagement with customers and corporate
- Consultative Approach: Ability to employ an advisory approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Travel Availability: Travel as required for the role, potentially making frequent trips. About 25% - 50% travel.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, lead commitments, and deliver on deadlines successfully.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Bonus Experience: Experience with Document Cloud solutions, including Acrobat Sign, Acrobat, and PDF Services API, is a plus.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $147,800 -- $236,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In New York, the pay range for this position is $163,200 - $236,400In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $156,300 - $226,350
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
