SummaryThe Solutions Architect, Services Operations develops integrated service offerings for major customers within the Services Business Unit (Fulfillment, Supply Chain, After-Market Services, and Product Launch). This role involves leveraging resources to deliver world-class solutions, supporting the entire sales cycle for solution project proposals. They create quantifiable, documented, and technically integrated product lifecycle solutions, identifying and assembling expert teams from various Services core businesses to optimize Product Launch Acceleration, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, After Sales, and Operations. Recognized as a technical expert by clients, the Solutions Architect, Services Operations builds strong relationships with major customers at all organizational levels, directly engaging with key decision-makers. They serve as the technical point of contact, provide expert support to the Sales Organization, participate in Mega Deal Teams, and document standard solutions.
The successful candidate is preferred to be located in: Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, Boston, Massachusetts, or Atlanta, Georgia
Detailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following
- Leads solution development for assigned Services Business Unit opportunities.
- Acts as subject matter expert on solutions for integrated solutions being addressed by Services/Celestica.
- Works with other team members to scope the project and create high level work-plans, milestones, decision points, and approval paths.
- Works with customers to understand specific and unstated needs in a consultative manner.
- Identifies pain points, service gaps, dependencies, risks, and requirements not addressed by solution, and communicates to the team.
- Develops complete solutions to customer problems, including service scope, operating model, process flow, capacity, staffing, space, logistics, equipment, technology, quality, and launch approach.
- Pulls in subject matter experts and site resources as needed to develop solutions.
- Works with business process analysts to ensure processes are developed to integrate solutions to customers.
- Works with financial analysts to ensure understanding of financial implications of solutions for Celestica and the customer.
- Works with Account Teams/Engagement Leaders to develop compelling communication solutions.
- Assists with the negotiation team to understand the implications of alternatives.
- Works with salespeople to validate and qualify opportunities.
- Prepares approval-ready recommendations for internal leadership and customer review.
- Leads proposal-to-NPI or proposal-to-implementation handoffs, including scope boundaries, operating assumptions, acceptance criteria, risks, dependencies, and readiness actions.
- Supports launch reviews, early-life stabilization, lessons learned, and post-launch improvement activities.
- Identifies opportunities for standardization, automation, data-quality improvement, and margin expansion.
- Documents reusable solution patterns, templates, models, and standards.
- Develops unsolicited proposals to targeted customers.

Physical Demands- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
- Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
- Frequent overnight travel may be required.
- Duties may require extended or unusual working hours during critical customer proposals, approvals, implementations, or launches.
SalaryThe stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range

Salary range $107k to $147k
Typical Experience- Eight plus years of applicable experience, including two plus years of directly applicable solutions architect experience.
- Experience in Services Business Unit (Fulfillment and Supply Chain, After-Market Services or Product Launch) solution development.
- Experience in profit & loss responsibility is highly desired.
Typical Education- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
